What You’ll Do:

Process high-volume AP invoices and payments (coding, data entry, filing, and check distribution)
Scan, organize, and maintain documents in digital systems
Support accounts receivable and assist with special projects as needed
Communicate with vendors and provide timely payment updates
Perform administrative tasks to support daily finance operations

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of accounts payable or related experience
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot data
