We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join an Accounting team and support multiple business entities under the direction of the Corporate Controller. This position is responsible for a full range of accounting functions, financial analysis, and month-end reporting. Our organization utilizes Microsoft Dynamics GP, so experience with this system is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for multiple entities
Prepare and post journal entries, including payroll and revenue
Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy across all entities
Compile various supplemental schedules and assist with the month-end close package
Collaborate with the Controller and broader Accounting team to support ongoing financial operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience working in a diverse, multi-entity environment
Experience with Dynamics GP preferred but not required
