Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Account Manager for an immediate part-time direct hire opportunity with an established entertainment CPA and business management firm in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with deep experience supporting high-net-worth entertainment clients, managing multiple books of business, and working within a fast-paced business management environment.

This opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule, a hybrid work arrangement, and the chance to join a respected firm serving sophisticated entertainment industry clients. Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting and business management services for multiple high-net-worth entertainment clients.
- Oversee books of business, account activity, reconciliations, reporting, and client financial details with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use Data Action software to support day-to-day accounting, reporting, and client account management needs.
- Work directly with clients and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate financial support.
- Step into an active client portfolio and contribute quickly with limited training.
- Maintain strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a part-time schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $35 to $50 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1 day per week in the West LA office.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage multiple books of business for entertainment industry clients.
- Support high-net-worth client accounting and business management needs.
- Use Data Action software for client accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting.
- Provide accurate, timely financial support with minimal training.

- 10+ years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, general ledger, CPA firm, or business management experience.
- Prior experience in an entertainment CPA firm or entertainment business management environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Data Action software.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and professional client service presence.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and contribute immediately in a senior-level part-time role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Direct experience working with entertainment professionals, artists, executives, or other high-net-worth individuals.
- Prior experience in a West Los Angeles entertainment business management or CPA firm environment.
- Long-term interest in a flexible, part-time accounting role with an established client services firm.
