About the Role
Position: Sports Medicine Assistant
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM (hours may vary slightly)
Location: Totem Lake, Kirkland
Employment Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities include supporting patient flow, preparing exam rooms, assisting with documentation, and helping maintain efficient clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

Back-office medical experience (required)
Strong professional references
Ability to work effectively in a clinical environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, service-oriented approach
Willingness to learn sports-medicine workflows

Preferred but not required:

Knowledge of sports, training, or exercise science
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
