Spanish Facilities Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish) Facilities Coordinator to manage maintenance, repairs, and operations across our commercial or residential properties.

Responsibilities
Oversee building systems, appliances, common areas, and outdoor spaces

Coordinate vendors, contractors, custodial, landscaping, and security services

Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations

Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders

Assist with facility improvement planning and budgeting

Provide regular reports on operations, projects, and expenses

Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

3–5 years in facilities maintenance coordination (commercial/residential)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with MS Office and work-order/property management systems

Knowledge of building safety regulations

Vendor coordination (quotes, scheduling, invoicing) expertise
