A prestigious, privately held luxury commercial real estate investment firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance /Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering high-volume calls for six luxury commercial buildings.
Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
Assist with tenant service requests and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and other services.
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing office tasks.
Handle data entry, filing, and ensuring paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
Collaborate with various departments and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish (a must).
3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination (must have commercial or residential experience)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Solid knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and requirements.
Clean DMV record is required, and candidates must be able to drive to properties in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Malibu when needed.
Successful candidates will be subject to a drug test and background check.
