About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting for frontline and hourly roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, persistence, and the ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
What You’ll Do:
Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
Build and maintain pipelines for hourly/frontline roles
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies
Accurately track candidate activity in the ATS
What You Bring:
1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Proven success in high-volume sourcing and candidate engagement
Skilled in Boolean search, outreach, and pipeline management
Strong organizational and communication skills
ATS/CRM experience (iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
Preferred: Agency background, hourly hiring experience, and knowledge of compliance (EEO/OFCCP).
