Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and Solder semiconductor components (ICs, resistors, capacitors) with precision for aerospace applications
Use manual & automated soldering equipment to create flawless connections for space and aviation technology
Inspect Solder Joints with an eagle eye ??? to ensure top-tier quality and safety standards.
Perform electrical & functional testing to verify performance
Follow aerospace standards like IPC-A-610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, and NASA specifications
Collaborate with engineers to resolve defects and improve processes
What We Need from You:
Strong experience or training in soldering (aerospace-specific knowledge is a plus!)
Ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
A team player who loves problem-solving and improving processes
