Job Summary

We are seeking a Soldering/Deburring candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA within the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

- Perform electronic and electromechanical assembly using detailed work instructions, drawings, and production documentation.
- Complete precision soldering tasks while maintaining workmanship, quality, and inspection standards.
- Deburr, clean, inspect, and prepare small components for assembly or production use.
- Use hand tools, basic measuring tools, and inspection equipment to support assembly and quality checks.
- Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate work habits and consistent attention to detail when handling small parts and precision components. 
Compensation 

- Pay range: $23 to $27 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.




Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform precision soldering and deburring on small components.
- Complete electronic or electromechanical assembly using drawings and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and basic measuring or inspection equipment.
- Support production quality standards in an aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing environment.

- Less than 1 year of experience ok
- Preferred hands-on assembly and soldering experience.
- Experience in aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing is helpful.
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and process documentation.
- Comfortable working with small components and detailed assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality-focused work habits.
- Stable and recent work history preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be able to complete a background check upon conditional job offer.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior soldering, deburring, or assembly experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
- Experience performing electronic or electromechanical assembly.
- Familiarity with workmanship standards and quality expectations in regulated manufacturing environments.
