Title: Social Impact Program Support Specialist - Contract

Summary:
The Social Impact Program Support Specialist provide support to the Social Impact team in advancing programs that foster individual and community well-being. Responsibilities include contributing to and supporting 30x30 and Global Health Access Strategy commitments, aiding in the management of global product donation initiatives, community engagement, and Foundation activities. The candidate will also facilitate employee engagement efforts, including United Way campaigns, Global Day of Service, and Connecting Hearts, thereby enabling employees to create meaningful impact both locally and globally. This position presents opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to reinforce a mission-driven commitment to advancing health worldwide.
Program knowledge & domain familiarity:
- Familiarity with global health concepts and social impact frameworks.
- Knowledge of CSR best practices; interest in global health policy and advocacy.
- Experience in the nonprofit/CSR/social impact space preferred.
Working style & interpersonal:
- Comfortable collaborating across functions, time zones, and diverse cultures.

Compliance/operations orientation:
- Ability to support compliance documentation and governance for donations/charitable contributions.
- Experience/comfort with administrative operations: payments processing, document routing (legal/compliance), budget tracking/forecasting, and maintaining document libraries.
Education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Minimum 1+ year of project management/project coordination experience (e.g., operations, finance, procurement, business ops).
Core skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate/influence others to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solver.
- Analytical thinking and adaptability.
Technical/tool proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Co-Pilot).
- Collaboration/document tools: SharePoint and Adobe Sign.
- Ability/interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency and workflow automation (including building agents/optimizing workflows).
- Ability to develop dashboards and track KPIs (impact measurement/reporting tools).
