We are seeking a detail-oriented Small Parts Assembler to join our clients production team. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production goals. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging small components.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met.
Perform basic testing or calibration on completed parts as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Meet or exceed daily production targets.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred, but not required.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Ability to work with small tools and parts for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
