Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on work in industrial, automotive, repair, production, machining, or skilled trade environments.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform hands-on skilled trade, repair, industrial, or production work.
- Learn and apply technical skills in automotive, HVAC, small engine repair, appliance repair, sandblasting, machining, or related areas.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Support daily shop, service, repair, or production operations.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Interest in learning a skilled trade or growing within an industrial career path.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, equipment, or machinery.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment.
- Willingness to train, learn new processes, and take on hands-on responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive repair, HVAC, small engine repair, appliance repair, sandblasting, manual machining, industrial labor, production, or related hands-on work.
- Trade school, technical training, shop class, or mechanical coursework.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, or safety practices.
