Key Responsibilities May Include:
• Operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues
• Monitoring production quality and output
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
• Working with automated systems, CNC machinery, or robotics (depending on role)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or maintenance
• Experience with CNC machines, PLCs, or automated systems is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
