Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site coordinator – Office Services to oversee daily onsite operations and lead a small to medium-sized team. This is a hands-on role requiring strong customer service, team leadership, and the ability to manage contracted office services while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable engaging with clients while supervising staff and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of an onsite office services team or solo site
Ensure delivery and compliance of contracted services, including:
Copy and Managed Print Services
Mail, Imaging, Shipping & Receiving
Courier, Reception, and Hospitality Services
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customers
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
Conduct regular site walk-throughs (conference room sweeps, meeting room setups, etc.)
Monitor and achieve SLA performance and operational quality standards
Operate and support office equipment (copiers, multifunction devices, PCs, mail systems)
Coordinate conference rooms and A/V equipment as needed
Manage office supply inventory and cost control
Create and complete work orders and reports
Maintain positive working relationships with staff, leadership, and customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in office services, B2B, or technical environments
1+ year of customer-facing experience required
Prior leadership or team-lead experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to present information to small groups
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk the site regularly
Work Environment
