Onsite Manager – Document Scanning Operations

$60,000 + Full Benefits
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are hiring an Onsite Manager to lead daily document scanning and digital conversion operations at a growing facility in Orlando.
This is a great opportunity for someone with operations or records management experience who enjoys leading teams, managing workflows, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end document scanning operations (intake, prep, scanning, indexing, QA)
Manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines
Monitor scanning equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
Ensure strict quality control and data security compliance
Lead, train, and supervise on-site staff
Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide updates
Qualifications:
1–3 years of management experience in document scanning, imaging, or records management
Strong computer skills (Excel, Adobe Acrobat, document systems like SharePoint or Laserfiche)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a production environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Lift boxes up to 30–40 lbs as needed
Temp-to-perm or direct hire opportunity depending on experience
