Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead office services operations in a professional services environment in Miami, FL. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys supporting internal customers, improving daily workflows, and coaching a small team to deliver high-quality service.

The Site Manager will oversee a team of three employees and coordinate essential office support functions, including print, copy, scan, mail, shipping, conference room support, hospitality, and reception backup. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office services operations and ensure service levels, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Supervise, coach, train, and support a small team of three employees, including performance feedback and employee development.
- Coordinate print, copy, scan, mail, overnight shipping, managed print services, hospitality, conference room setup, and reception backup.
- Prioritize workflow, assign tasks based on business needs, and monitor productivity and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, resolve service issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare operational reports, business reviews, and customer presentations as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour.
- Job Type: 4+ month temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage daily operations for office services and administrative support functions.
- Lead, coach, and coordinate the work of a small office services team.

- Monitor service quality, productivity, workflow, and customer satisfaction.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office services, administrative operations, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of office technology, printers, copiers, and document management systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods as needed.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment.
- Background in office services, print and mail operations, hospitality, reception support, or facilities-related support.
- Experience preparing operational reports, business reviews, or customer-facing presentations.
