Shopify eCommerce Manager
Job Description Ad: A growing start-up company that manufactures a unique, patented insect-eradication device is seeking a full-time Shopify E-Commerce Manager for our Westside location. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 DOE!

KEY REQUIREMENT:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify e-commerce professional who understands the full capabilities and best practices of the platform. This is a fully dedicated Shopify role focused on direct-to-consumer sales (not B2B).

The Shopify E-Commerce Manager will report directly to the Global Amazon Senior Director and the C-Suite. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace across Google and Shopify. Responsibilities include e-commerce management, merchandising strategy, and execution from concept through delivery—including launching promotions and new products, email marketing, website upkeep, site navigation, inventory/logistics tracking, asset management, and content curation.

Additional responsibilities include updating product listing data in a global database on a monthly basis, and ensuring that all team activities (creative assets, website relaunch, shipping, stock management, customer service, warehouse fulfillment, etc.) are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard - while maximizing sales and profitability on Shopify.

Candidates must also maintain expert knowledge of evolving policies and requirements related to customer service, seller feedback, fulfillment, inventory management, and product compliance on both the Shopify and Google platforms.
