We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Shop Welder to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is responsible for preparing, fabricating, welding, finishing, and assembling assigned projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, fabricate, weld, finish, and assemble metal components and structures according to specifications

-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

-Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet quality standards

-Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

-Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

-Provide excellent service and represent the organization in a professional manner

Qualifications

-1+ year of proven fabrication and welding experience

-Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications

-Basic math skills and strong problem-solving abilities

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Direct production experience related to welding and fabrication

-Exposure to or experience with lean manufacturing concepts preferred
