Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Pay rate: 22.00/hr.
Shift: MON - FRI 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, scheduling carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery of products. The ideal candidate has strong SAP experience, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in a shipping and receiving environment
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate daily with site personnel regarding shipment schedules and priorities
• Maintain high on-time-in-full (OTIF) shipping performance
• Schedule carriers for loading and unloading using approved carrier lists in SAP
• Check in all inbound and outbound trucks and perform required safety inspections
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents including packing lists, bills of lading, loading diagrams, and pallet placards for LTL, TL, and container shipments
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements
• Apply knowledge of Incoterms, FAK class, and shipping terminology to properly classify freight
• Assign seal numbers and update SAP with tracking and shipment details
• Confirm all scheduled freight ships daily and departs the facility as planned
• Enter and validate freight charges to ensure accurate vendor payment
• Verify delivery specifications to ensure correct product, packaging quality, and delivery accuracy
