Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Worker to join our team. This role is essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse and involves a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with order picking and shipping/receiving operations is a plus
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts (training available with proper license)
• Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills, including file organization and printing order requests/labels
• Experience with Google Drive is a plus, or willingness to learn quickly
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move products safely and efficiently
• Perform order picking tasks with accuracy to ensure correct shipments
• Assemble products and prepare them for delivery
• Build pallets and assist in shipment preparation
• Engage in heavy lifting of products (up to 50 pounds) while following safety protocols
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe workplace
• Participate in shipping and receiving activities, including inventory checks and inspection of incoming goods
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards
