Position Overview
Are you an experienced shipping or warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? As the Shipping and Receiving Manager, you’ll oversee operations, guide a team, and ensure products move accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and on-time movement of goods
Oversee inventory control, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to support smooth operations
Lead, train, and support warehouse staff while promoting safety and accountability
Identify and resolve shipping, receiving, or operational issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse management
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of inventory systems and shipping software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace
