You’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, overseeing everything from receiving and storing shipments to training and leading a dedicated shipping team. Every day will bring new challenges, opportunities to problem-solve, and a chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise our shipping and receiving team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Plan, schedule, and prioritize orders to meet tight deadlines

Ensure every shipment meets our quality and accuracy standards

Train, mentor, and develop your team to maximize efficiency and performance

Collaborate with production to coordinate shipments and inventory

Handle equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for all shipments and receipts

Identify and resolve any issues, damages, or discrepancies proactively

Looking for:

Experienced in shipping, receiving, and warehouse management (FedEx, UPS, international shipments a plus)

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Skilled in forklift operation and safe handling of warehouse equipment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment

Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused

A strong communicator and natural leader

Flexible with schedule changes and occasional extended hours

Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
