We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team in Parma, ID. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Pay Rate:$17.80



Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with site personnel on the daily ship list to maintain high on-time, in-full performance.
Schedule carriers for loading and unloading shipments as per approved carrier lists using SAP.
Check in all inbound and outbound trucks, performing necessary safety inspections before loading/unloading.
Prepare and verify all shipping documents (pack lists, bills of lading, loading diagrams, pallet placards) for LTL, truckload, and container shipments—both manually and through SAP.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
Understand and apply Incoterms, FAK class, and other shipping terminology for accurate freight classification.
Assign and record seal numbers, updating SAP with all tracking information for customer visibility.
Verify that all freight is properly loaded and that all scheduled shipments depart the facility daily.
Enter all freight charges per shipment to ensure proper vendor payment.
Double-check delivery specifications to confirm that the correct products ship with the proper packaging and no defects.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving environment.
SAP experience is required.
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
