Job Title: Shipping & Receiving & Warehouse Operations Lead
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead to manage logistics, warehouse operations, and storage systems for our Portland office. This role supports multiple departments—including Events, IT, and Product Development—and oversees domestic and international shipments, inventory, and onsite storage.

You’ll coordinate shipments, maintain an organized warehouse, manage high-density storage, and ensure seamless customs processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all shipping and receiving (UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac)

-Create and track shipments using UPS CampusShip and WorldShip

-Coordinate international shipments with customs brokers

-Oversee warehouse organization, safety, and supplies

-Maintain high-density footwear storage, vertical shelving, and apparel racks

-Handle IT asset shipments, product donations/disposals, and records storage

-Support event logistics and special projects as needed

Qualifications
10–15 years' experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

-Proficient with UPS CampusShip, WorldShip, and logistics systems

-Experienced with international shipping and customs coordination

-OSHA-compliant; CPR/First Aid/AED certified

-Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
