Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Pay: $19/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage and oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate receiving, proper documentation, timely shipping, and inventory integrity.
?? Shipping and receiving experience is required. Candidates without hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and execute daily shipping and receiving operations
-Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies
-Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and required documentation
-Ensure all shipping and receiving records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
-Schedule and coordinate carriers, freight pickups, and deliveries
-Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems accordingly
-Inspect incoming materials for damage, quality, and accuracy
-Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues
-Follow company procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements
-Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
Required Qualifications (Must Have):
-Proven hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations
-Strong understanding of shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and receiving procedures
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
-Computer skills required, including inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic software applications
-Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
