We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage and oversee daily inbound and outbound shipments. This role is critical to ensuring accurate receiving, proper documentation, timely shipping, and inventory integrity.

Shipping and receiving experience is required for this role. Candidates without hands-on experience in shipping and receiving operations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and execute daily shipping and receiving operations

-Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies

-Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation

-Ensure all shipping and receiving records are accurate, complete, and properly filed

-Schedule and coordinate carriers, freight pickups, and deliveries

-Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems accordingly

-Inspect incoming materials for damage, quality, and accuracy

-Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues

-Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements

-Assist with audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

Required Qualifications (Must Have):

-Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations

-Strong understanding of shipping documentation, packing slips, bills of lading, and receiving processes

-High level of attention to detail and accuracy

-Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment

-Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

-Comfortable using inventory systems, tracking tools, and basic computer applications
