Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Shipping / Receiving Clerk I to support warehouse and inventory operations in a GMP manufacturing environment. This role involves shipping/receiving activities, inventory tracking, documentation, and safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Responsibilities
• Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory cards
• Handle chemicals and hazardous waste following PPE and safety guidelines
• Support GMP documentation and inventory control processes
• Use Oracle or SAP systems for inventory tracking and transactions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Assist with warehouse organization and material movement
Required Qualifications
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Comfortable working around chemicals and hazardous waste
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to follow GMP and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle or SAP experience
• GMP manufacturing background
• DOT and/or IATA certification experience is a plus (active or expired accepted)
