Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mailroom & Office Services Associate to support operations within a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves shipping and receiving, mailroom services, document handling, and general office support. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments and packages
• Deliver packages and mail to departments within the facility
• Manage shipping documentation using electronic systems
• Operate high-volume copy, print, and document imaging equipment
• Handle mail distribution, faxing, and postage processing
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.)
• Perform basic bindery, filing, and document management tasks
• Support meeting room setup and light facility maintenance
• Maintain inventory and service logs
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to service requests

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, mailroom, or office services preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, file management)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Lift and move items up to 50–55 lbs
• Push/pull equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs with assistance)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement across the facility
