Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Associate. You will handle incoming freight and packages from major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and manage freight shipments. The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $17.50 /hr
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process incoming shipments from major carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and freight deliveries.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Unload, move, and organize inventory and freight as needed.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items.
• Operate office and warehouse equipment safely, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other tools.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years plus of shipping/receiving or related experience.
• Previous experience in copy/mailroom work is a plus.
