Shipping Manager
Pay: Starting at $18 - $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA

We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Manager to oversee daily shipping operations and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate shipping activities that support multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and warehouse operations
Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving processes
Direct warehouse staff and ensure efficient workflow
Verify shipments for accuracy and timeliness
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
Ensure shipping activities align with company procedures and deadlines

Qualifications
Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience required
Experience supervising or directing employees preferred
Understanding of how shipping and receiving impacts other departments (such as accounting and inventory
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable using computers and shipping software systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
