Shipping Manager Onsite – Shreveport, LA

We’re looking for a Shipping Manager with 3+ years of experience overseeing teams of 6 or more, managing dock-to-inventory workflows, and collaborating with departments like accounting and inventory control.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily shipping and receiving operations from dock intake to stocked inventory

Supervise and support a team of 6+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and accountability

Coordinate logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and inventory updates

Collaborate with accounting and inventory departments to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies

Monitor inventory levels and shipping metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Use shipping software and inventory systems to manage documentation and workflow

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of leadership experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

Proven ability to manage teams and oversee dock-to-inventory processes

Strong understanding of how shipping impacts accounting and inventory systems

Proficiency in shipping software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license and must be insurable

Forklift certification is a plus
