What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with safety standards
Utilize shipping software and inventory systems to track orders and manage documentation
What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
? Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and workflow
? Solid understanding of how shipping impacts accounting and other departments
? Tech-savvy with proficiency in shipping software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
? Excellent organizational and communication skills
? Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
? Forklift certification a plus
