Shipping Lead
-Pay: $27-31/hr DOE
-Location: Role is on-site in Valencia, CA

-Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping Lead to oversee daily shipping operations and ensure that all outgoing products are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

-Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or warehouse training preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (lead or supervisory experience a plus).
• Knowledge of shipping systems and software (UPS, FedEx, ERP/MRP systems).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proven track record of dependability and leadership.
