Shipping Coordinator – Roseville, MN
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Mon-Fri
Location: Roseville, MN 55113
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for accurate product storage, order preparation, and outbound shipment processing using the ERP system. The ideal candidate maintains high accuracy, follows safety standards, and supports quality and environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Warehouse Operations
Ensure products are properly and accurately stored in the warehouse.
Prepare customer orders for shipment according to documented processes.
Label and meter packages using multiple freight systems.
Process and complete orders using the ERP system.
General Duties
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Prepare daily materials and work areas for next-day shipping operations.
Support divisional initiatives related to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
Other relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or distribution preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving products.
Basic computer literacy; ERP experience is an advantage.
Dress Code Requirements
Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times.
Long pants required; shorts are not permitted.
Pants must be worn at waist level so undergarments are not visible.
Hats of any kind are prohibited.
Hooded sweatshirts may be worn, but hoods must remain down.
Tank tops or cutoff shirts are not allowed.
Shirts with offensive slogans, images, or wording are prohibited.
Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor.
