We’re looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in an on-site role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in shipping and receiving, highly organized, and comfortable working with SAP in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate daily shipping schedules with site personnel to maintain on-time, in-full performance
• Schedule carriers for loading and unloading using approved carrier lists through SAP
• Check in inbound and outbound trucks and perform required safety inspections
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, loading diagrams, and pallet placards
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory shipping requirements
• Understand and apply shipping terminology such as Incoterms and freight classifications

Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving environment
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• SAP experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Location: On-site – Parma, ID
Pay: $22/hour
