A growing consumer packaged goods manufacturing operation in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Shipping Clerk Coordinator to support daily outbound shipping activity, carrier processing, international shipments, and batch shipment coordination. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented shipping professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production and operations environment.

The Shipping Clerk Coordinator will play an important role in helping products move accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This position is a strong fit for someone who has hands-on experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems, understands shipment documentation, and enjoys being part of a dependable team.

This role offers schedule flexibility, with full-time or part-time options depending on the candidate. The work environment is well suited for someone who values consistency, teamwork, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to contribute directly to daily operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software.
- Coordinate batch shipments and ensure shipping details are accurate before release.
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation in accordance with carrier and shipping requirements.
- Verify shipment information, labels, addresses, weights, and packaging details for accuracy.
- Communicate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
- Assist with general shipping department tasks, including organizing packages and lifting items up to 35 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Compensation: $46,000 per year.
- Location: Monrovia, CA.
- Full-time schedule option: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Part-time schedule option: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Open to either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process UPS and FedEx shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate batch shipments for production or distribution operations.
- Prepare and manage international shipping requirements and related documentation.
- Support daily shipping department workflow in a manufacturing or operations environment.

- 1 to 2 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, production, or operations experience.
- Must have working knowledge of UPS shipping software.
- Must have working knowledge of FedEx shipping software.
- Must understand international shipping requirements.
- Must have experience with batch shipments.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing shipment information.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well in a team-focused environment.
- Comfortable following shipping procedures, carrier requirements, and internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing, production, distribution, or fulfillment.
- Familiarity with high-volume shipping environments.
- Experience coordinating both domestic and international shipments.
- Strong communication skills when working with production, warehouse, customer service, or operations teams.
