Días de trabajo: lunes a domingo (con días libres rotativos)
Turnos disponibles: 4:00am a 1:00pm, 7:00am a 4:00pm, 9:00am a 6:00pm, 11:00am a 8:00pm, 1:00pm a 10:00pm, 10:00pm a 7:00am

Responsabilidades
Guiar y asistir a los pasajeros para asegurarles una experiencia de servicio excelente.
Controlar el acceso en los puntos de chequeo y verificar pases de abordar.
Apoyar en el proceso de seguridad TSA y en la organización de filas (Regular, TSA Pre, Priority).
Reportar incidentes o comportamientos inadecuados al Centro de Control de Operaciones (AOCC).
Realizar encuestas de satisfacción a los pasajeros.
Requisitos:
Diploma de escuela superior.
De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares.
Bilingüe (español e inglés).
Orientación al servicio al cliente.
Habilidad para seguir instrucciones y manejar equipos básicos de oficina y comunicación.
Disponibilidad de horario rotativo de lunes a domingo para los turnos disponible
