Job Summary

We are seeking a Servicing Advisor for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused financial advisor who enjoys deepening existing client relationships, providing thoughtful guidance, and supporting long-term financial planning needs.

The Servicing Advisor will work closely with senior advisors and established clients, gradually transitioning into the primary relationship manager for a book of business. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop existing client relationships with a focus on retention, trust, and long-term financial planning.
- Work alongside senior advisors during client meetings, planning discussions, and relationship transition activities.
- Gradually assume responsibility as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
- Provide guidance related to investments, insurance, and broader financial planning needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional investment or insurance solutions.
- Support limited new client acquisition efforts while maintaining a primary focus on existing client service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Salaried position with commission based on investments and insurance brought in.
- Direct hire opportunity.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage and develop existing client relationships within a financial advisory setting.
- Support client transition planning from senior advisors to the next generation of relationship management.
- Participate in client meetings, planning conversations, and ongoing service reviews.
- Provide guidance related to investments, insurance, and client financial goals.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant financial advisory, wealth management, or client relationship experience.
- CFP certification required.
- Series 7 license required.
- Strong relationship management skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to build trust with established clients and support smooth advisor transitions.
- Strong communication, listening, and consultative planning skills.
- Comfortable discussing investment and insurance solutions with clients.
- Professional, dependable, and motivated to grow within a relationship-focused advisory role.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with an existing book of clients in a wealth management or financial planning environment.
- Background supporting senior advisors or participating in client transition and succession planning.
- Ability to identify appropriate opportunities for additional investment or insurance solutions within existing client relationships.
- Strong preference for candidates who enjoy client service, relationship development, and long-term advisory work over high-volume prospecting.
