Service Center Technician
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite Only) 77054
What This Role Is
This is a hands-on electronics repair and calibration role in a clean, organized service center environment.
You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate high-precision electronic equipment. This position is ideal for someone with PCB board repair experience, small electronics technician experience, or bench-level electronics repair experience.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment down to the component or PCB board level
Perform diagnostics and determine root cause of failures
?? Compensation & Bonus
• $27.40/hr
• Up to 12% annual bonus
– Historically up to 7% based on company performance
– Additional portion based on individual performance

Calibrate equipment to required quality standards
Repair or replace electronic components as needed
Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
Accurately document all repairs and calibration work
Maintain an organized, ESD-safe work environment
Collaborate with engineering or technical teams on complex issues
Participate in ongoing technical training
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience repairing electronic or electrical equipment
Experience working with:
PCB boards
Small electronic components
Bench-level troubleshooting and repair
Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
Comfortable using test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for training
Experience in calibration labs, precision electronics, or test equipment repair is a strong plus.
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred.
Hands-on experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Primarily seated bench work
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Low to moderate noise level
