North Orange County, CA: Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Service Technician for their rmonitor division. Seeking someone with 1-2 years, but flex to experience level, someone who maybe went to DeVry or a similar school to gain this knowledge, monitor repairs is KEY and electronic based.

Overall Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to conduct Board and Component level repairs on LCD monitors. These would be in-house as well as on site repairs. Assist on Technical Support matters to Clients as well as to Sales Personnel. Have a good overall understanding of Computers, Computer components, and Operating Systems.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Maintenance of in-house computers and system.
Light maintenance of Network System.
Repair of defective product sent in for service.
Onsite service when assigned.
Keeping records of Repairs.
Update Database system.
Maintenance and Organization of Service Lab, tools and equipment.
Keep track of Repair Parts and organize and arrange for the return of defective product to Head Quarters in California or Japan

Qualifications:
Good communication skills.
Certification in Electronics Technology.
Understanding of Technology operations.
Be able to follow instructions.

Email - Microsoft Outlook
Internet Explorer or similar
Internet - Helix (Service Department Database)

100% in-office position
Salary is DOE
