We’re looking for a mechanically inclined problem-solver who’s comfortable learning new equipment and jumping in wherever the team needs support. This role focuses on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized PBT systems. No prior experience with these machines is expected — we’ll teach you. What we do look for is someone who likes figuring things out, works well with others, and shows up reliable and ready to learn.

What You’ll Do
• Monitor system status and support overall performance during treatment
• Respond to service calls in a timely, professional manner
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including documentation and work orders
• Troubleshoot complex system issues with guidance from senior team members
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Use electrical testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and cost
• Pack/unpack crates and assist with incoming/outgoing materials
• Transport materials to and from dock/warehouse
• Support inventory control for parts and supplies
• Follow all regulatory and safety standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Radiation Safety, etc.)
• Help write site-specific maintenance procedures
• Maintain 6S practices
• Complete timecards and service reports accurately and on time
• Bring a proactive, responsible mindset to the team every day

What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience as a Technician or Field Service Engineer (required)
• Experience in a medical device or PBT environment is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and comfort learning new systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with electrical testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable, respectful team player who communicates well
• Comfortable working 9-hour shifts with some schedule flexibility
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, steady under pressure, and committed to continual learning
