We’re seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of packaging machinery. You’ll deliver top-notch service, train customers, and support our mission of providing high-quality, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging machinery and conveyor systems.
• Train customers on proper use, care, and maintenance of equipment.
• Attend technical and branch meetings to stay aligned with company initiatives.
• Provide consistent, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
• Manage vendor relationships and address technical issues on-site as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and the VP of Sales to enhance support.
• Diagnose technical issues through inspection, testing, and dismantling equipment when necessary.
• Install and repair electrical components, including transformers and wiring.
• Complete detailed service reports promptly.
• Monitor and expedite work schedules and procedures efficiently.
• Submit monthly expense reports and assist with office or warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with machinery and conveyor equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Allen-Bradley or equivalent PLCs, and mobile devices.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle scheduling and expedite service calls efficiently.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required.
