**Qualifications:**

* Ability to install, repair, service, test, and troubleshoot bandsaw machinery
* Strong record-keeping skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics
* Some PLC knowledge preferred (not required)
* Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
* Proficient with precision measuring tools and basic hand tools
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
* Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs
* Valid driver’s license
* Strong time management abilities
* Willingness to travel as needed
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform detailed inspections and/or option modifications on machinery
* Complete inspection forms thoroughly for company records
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
* Participate in monthly skills training
* Assist in warehouse operations as directed by the warehouse supervisor and service manager
* Support senior technicians with installations and customer training in the field
* Provide phone support as needed
