We are looking for a highly motivated Client Service Representative to join our team and deliver top-tier service to clients utilizing the HireRight system for background checks and screening. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will manage outstanding items, follow up for completion, and ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to clients utilizing the HireRight system for background checks and screening.
Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat to address client inquiries and concerns.
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion and compliance with SLAs.
Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
