We’re seeking a Service Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and has a passion for solving problems and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to clients using a background check/screening system via phone, email, chat, and other channels
Proactively follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution in line with service-level standards
Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions
Develop a working knowledge of internal systems, tools, and industry best practices
Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, HRIS tools, and other internal software
Mentor and support less experienced team members
Input and organize data accurately while managing multiple priorities
Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service or client support experience required
Associate degree or higher strongly preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Comfortable working with multiple systems and software tools
