Service Sales Representative
Memphis, TN (Covering a 200-Mile Radius)
Base Salary: $50,000 + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Full-Time | On-Site & Field-Based | Company Vehicle Allowance

About Us
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

About the Role
This hybrid inside and outside sales role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll develop new business within a 200-mile radius of Memphis while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
You’ll meet with decision-makers, and sell services that make a visible difference in the community.

What You’ll Do
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and presentations to prospective clients
• Develop proposals and pricing plans that meet client security needs
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track and report activity through CRM tools

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (service or security industry a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
