Mechanical Engineering Service Sales Lead
Location: Bellevue, WA – 100% onsite (Parking provided)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 4 PM
Salary: $80K–$120K DOE
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Current Washington State PE License (Mechanical)
7+ years experience in mechanical contracting or related field
Residency in Washington State
Proven proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam (AutoCAD & Smartsheet a plus)
Role Overview:
Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers while managing client accounts and projects across Puget Sound. This key leadership position demands strong client-facing skills, team mentorship, and project oversight in a highly stable and growing mechanical firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team of engineers
Serve as liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams
Manage project kickoff meetings and draft proposals/contracts
Prospect and maintain client relationships for HVAC/plumbing maintenance contracts
Provide estimates and technical insight
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
