Service Sales Lead – People Leader & Project Driver (WA State Residents Only)
Location: Bellevue, WA (100% onsite – free parking)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year (DOE)
Required Residency: Washington State residents only

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and mentor a team of three experienced engineers
• Run project kickoff meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage service and maintenance contracts from proposal to execution
• Act as a liaison between technical staff, project managers, and external stakeholders
• Provide HVAC/plumbing maintenance estimates and technical guidance
• Support client relationships, attend industry events, and prospect for new business
• Fill in as needed to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
What You Need to Bring
• Washington State PE license (Mechanical)
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical contracting or related engineering field
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication, organization, and delegation skills
• Comfortable in client-facing settings and internal collaboration
