Position: Service Operations Coordinator

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-driven professional to support day-to-day service operations for a growing team. This full-time opportunity involves managing service orders, coordinating the flow of spare parts, and entering critical data into the company’s ERP platform. The right candidate will bring at least two years of experience in a similar administrative or service-based role, along with a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming service orders, including repair and product exchange requests
-Enter and maintain order and inventory records within an ERP environment
-Assist with tracking parts availability and coordinating replenishment
-Communicate clearly with internal departments to support smooth service workflows
-Contribute to resolving shipping, inventory, or order issues as needed
-Support documentation, reporting, and general administrative tasks related to logistics and service

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in service coordination, order processing, or related office-based work
-Familiarity with ERP platforms (experience with MAS 500/Sage a plus, but not required)
-Strong computer and typing skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
-High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
-Comfortable in a fast-changing, team-oriented setting
-High school diploma required; further education is beneficial

Preferred:

-Exposure to shipping, inventory management, repair tracking, or warranty workflows
-Experience with MASS or related ERP systems
