Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator
Location: Imperial
Job Type: Full-Time, Fully Onsite (No hybrid or remote)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing incoming repair and exchange orders, managing spare parts requests, and ensuring accurate data entry into our ERP system (MAS 500/Sage). The ideal candidate is efficient, a quick learner, and committed to long-term career growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and process service-related orders, including repairs and exchanges
-Accurately input customer orders and spare parts transactions into MAS 500 (Sage) ERP system
-Track and manage inventory related to service operations and parts replenishment
-Maintain strong communication with internal departments and customers to ensure timely service delivery
-Use MAS 500/Sage system to support daily service operations
-Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues
-Provide general administrative support to the service and logistics teams

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, service coordination, or a related administrative role
-Proficiency with MAS 500 or Sage ERP software (required)
-Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new software
-Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
-Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
-High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in a repair, warranty, or product service environment
-Familiarity with MASS system
-Desire to grow within a service, logistics, or operations team
